Henry understands what makes businesses effective. People are easily able to connect with his personality, that has been a strength wherever he goes.

     Henry has a passion for doing things right the first time. He spends more time understanding all aspects of a business problem before considering solutions. The more complex and diverse the problem, the more engaging and energizing for him. With years of project management experience throughout his career, Henry understands the need to organize, focus and execute when it comes to a project.

     As a previous business owner, he also understands the need to be a good steward of financial resources. That's why understanding a company's needs are fundamental to delivering the right solution — the first time.
